People in my town just don't bounce. Kardinal called it at his first show here, "Winnipeg has glue on their shoes". So why don't we bounce?

The same reason we don't freestyle on street corners. The community isn't there. Winnipeg is a city of wall flowers. The magical times of 1999 when the Pan American games brought half the city to the Forks for late night freestyles and B Boy dance offs is long gone. 

Enter a new radio station. Suddenly we've got more acts than ever attending our town.

Will Winnipeg get it's bounce? I suppose we'll see.
